About the Nemo Betta

A Nemo Betta is a unique, marbled coloration of orange, red, white, and black, resembling a clownfish, though the name refers to the color pattern, not the species itself. These "designer" strains are known for unpredictable, evolving patterns due to the marble gene, and individual variations in fin shapes and sizes, such as the Halfmoon or Plakat. Domestic bettas remain favorable of blackwater aquariums that are densely planted and a lot of botanicals (mimicking their ancestor's natural habitat).
