Our beans are ROASTED TO ORDER and ALWAYS fresh! We roast in small batches using a convection roasted, so your beans will be perfect EVERY time and less than 5 days old. Our coffees are roasted to bring out the exact flavors you love each and every time. Our roasting technique brings out the naturally delicious flavor notes of every bean so we don't need to add flavor. Our coffee stands on its own and allows you a healthier option without sacrificing flavor! SINGLE ORIGIN: GUATEMALAN TOFFEE This single origin, naturally processed Guatemalan bean brings your taste buds a beautiful balanced acidity with the creamy sweetness of toffee. Like a darker roast? We take this bean into the depths showcasing the notes of brown sugar with a full bodied, yet refined approach to dark coffee. Did we mention espresso? Because the only way this gets any creamier is when you pull a fresh shot and see the creamy toffee come to life! PERFECT MORNING The darker the roast, the sweeter the bean with this one! This blend combines Brazilian & Ethiopian beans and is built around sweetness, silky body and a restrained acidity. Originally designed as a traditional espresso blend, we’ve found it serves very well as a drip coffee for those who prefer a simpler, smoother cup with notes of Toasted Marshmallow. This coffee has so much flavor we challenge you to have a bad day after a cup of this! BREAKFAST BLEND Whether you prefer light & sutble or big & BOLD; This blend combines Colombian & Costa Rican beans to create a delicious blend that combine for a balance of acidity, body and sweetness. Light roasts of this coffee bring out citrus, vanilla, caramel, and toffee, while darker roasts bring out notes of toasted hazelnut, bittersweet chocolate, brown sugar and sweet pipe tobacco. As a drip coffee the Breakfast Blend is a total crowd-pleaser, but complex enough for customers looking for more. We also love this coffee as a bright and creamy shot of espresso with notes of caramel and toasted hazelnut.
