The NMC RPT166 accident prevention tag is yellow and made of 15 mil vinyl for water and chemical resistance, has a black "Caution" logo on both sides for high visibility, with the front reading, "Barricade Tag" followed by blank lined areas labeled "Potential Hazard," "Responsible Person," and "Date." This tag has a tensile strength of 6,300 pounds per square inch to help resist unauthorized removal. It includes a 3/8" diameter hole and an 8" one-piece nylon cable tie for attachment. This tag can help identify and explain the purpose of a barricade. The back reads, "Barricade Tag – If you understand the potential hazard associated with this task and you have the required PPE, you may proceed with caution." The tag measures 6 x 3 inches (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.)
