The energy dissipators gradually absorb the tear caused by a fall thanks to the braking sliding of the rope in the tool. The KISA heat sink (Kong Impact Shock Absorber) allows the use of two different rope diameters, inserted in different holes, in order to obtain different degrees of friction and sliding.
