It's essential to anchor the entire floor frame after erecting the building. Prior to installation, identify all underground utilities (electric, water, sewer lines, telephone, cable, TV, etc.) to avoid accidental damage. For optimal results, choose level ground and ensure the frame is firmly supported around its perimeter. If the area isn't level, adjust by shimming or excavating to achieve a level base. Place anchors approximately 5" - 9" (12.7cm - 22.9cm) from each building corner along the side walls, aligning them with the roof panel's first rib for precise placement. The kit includes four 30-inch heavy-duty steel augers, 4 dependable cable clamps for secure connections, and 60 feet of high-quality cable. Auger anchors are easily driven into the ground without concrete, either manually or with a power tool. Designed for versatility, the kit adapts to various soil types, although rocky ground may pose installation challenges.
